Welcome

Welcome to Lifebook

Lifebook is your email, calendar, notes and tasks in one calm, private place - joined up through the areas of your life, so what matters finds its way to you instead of piling up in ten different apps.

If you are reading this, you are early. Lifebook is in invite-only access while we get it right, and this journal is where we will think out loud as it grows. So: welcome. Here is Lifebook in a minute.

The four tools you live in, in one place

Most days run on the same handful of tools. Lifebook brings them under one roof, designed to feel like one calm surface rather than four apps shouting at once:

  • Mail - your real inboxes, triaged to zero without the dread.
  • Calendar - your days and weeks, native, no account required.
  • Notes - a place to think, that turns into tables and checklists when you need them.
  • Tasks - what to do next, and only what to do next.

Joined up through your life

The quiet idea underneath it all is Life Areas - Family, Work, Health, whatever yours are. An email, an event, a note and a task about the same part of your life gather in one spot, so information flows to where it is needed instead of scattering. That is the part that makes Lifebook feel less like software and more like somewhere to keep your life.

Calm, not cluttered. Private by design. No adverts, no selling, no noise.

Nothing here is mined or sold. Your Lifebook is yours - that is not a feature we bolted on, it is the reason the whole thing is shaped the way it is.

Feito em Lisboa

Lifebook is built in Lisboa, and the city has quietly shaped it. There is a pace here - the long lunch, the café that is in no hurry, the light coming off the Tejo late in the afternoon - that is the opposite of the notification-every-second life software usually pushes on you. We wanted to build to that pace, not against it.

It is made by a tiny team, by hand, without a growth department deciding what you should feel. That means it moves at a human speed and it means we answer our own email. If something is off, you are writing to the people who made it, in the city where it was made.

Where we are

Lifebook is young and growing week by week. Access is invite-only for now, which keeps it calm and lets us listen closely to the people using it. If that sounds like somewhere you would like to keep your life, we would love to have you.

Come and have a look

Lifebook grows by word of mouth. Request an invite and we will be in touch soon.
